Training and qualifications 

We recognise that our employees are the real assets of our organisation.  The skills and knowledge of our staff are the unique attributes we have in order to deliver our business objectives and a quality service to our clients.

The principles and values that underpin our work with clients mean that we are committed to the ethos of lifelong learning.  As such we ensure that skills and knowledge are continuously updated in order that our staff sustain and develop their competence as practitioners.

We are committed to ensuring that all staff recruited by Connexions Staffordshire are trained to a minimum of Level 3:  

  • All Personal Advisers are trained to Level 4 and other advisers to a minimum of Level 3.
  • Management, administration and other operational support staff are trained to a minimum of Level 3, and some to Level 5, in relation to their specialist function within the company.
