Service standards

We aim to deliver to the highest standards of service in all that we do and have a variety of internal mechanisms in place to quality assure our work and to promote continuous improvement.
 
We also work towards meeting appropriate national standards such as the Quality Standard for Young People’s Information Advice and Guidance (National IAG standards) and matrix, the national quality standard for information, advice and guidance. Our services are subject to audit by a range of authorities.

We are proud of the quality marks that we have been awarded and have maintained over many years.
