Quality Marks

At the heart of Charter Mark criteria is the fundamental question: what does the customer expect or hope for from the services you offer?  Charter Mark demands that we listen, act and deliver. Connexions Staffordshire achieved accreditation to Charter Mark in February 2002 and, through yearly surveillance visits, has managed to retain the Mark to date.

Investors in People (IIP) is a national quality standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisations performance through its people. IIP is based on commitment, planning, action and evaluation.  Connexions Staffordshire has held IIP accreditation since March 1998.

Connexions Stafffordshire’s quality management system has ensured that we have been accredited with quality standard ISO 9001 continuously since October 1995.

We have held the ‘Positive About Disabled’ mark since the year 2000.

The matrix Standard is the national quality standard for any organisation that delivers information advice and/or guidance on learning and work.  The Standard consists of eight elements, four focused on service delivery and four focused on service management. Connexions Adult services have been accredited to this standard since February 2000.
