Operational Staff
Connexions Staffordshire relies on its advisers to provide an effective and quality support service to young people and adults across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
Advisers deliver services in a variety of settings, providing information, advice and guidance to groups of people or, working on a one-to-one basis, building up relationships and giving appropriate support to individuals.
Often, advisers work with other professionals to help clients receive the full range of support they need and some may work with specific client groups such as those with substance misuse issues or teenage parents.
Accurate recording and confidential record keeping and maintenance are essential elements of an adviser's role and are key to ensuring that our clients receive the most appropriate and best possible support to meet their specific needs.
