Client Assessment

Connexions Advisers understand that individuals experience varying circumstances in life and each may have different needs to be met before they can achieve their potential.

Advisers have a range of assessment tools available to them in order that each person’s individual circumstances can be considered as part of an holistic approach to supporting their progression.

All assessments involve the client’s views (and often the views of members of the client’s family) as a key element of the process and gaining client consent to undertake an assessment is a fundamental requirement.
