Free time

You often think of free time as being separate from the time when you’re learning or working. It helps keep your life in balance. What you do in your free time can make a big difference to your mind, body and moodit helps make you who you are.

If you’re not working or studying, free time takes on a completely different meaning. Long periods of time to use up with little money to spend can become depressing and can affect your confidence.  If this is happening to you, your Connexions Personal Adviser can help you get your life back on track

Whatever your situation, this section looks at things you can do, places you can go, clubs and organisations you can join and projects you can get involved in to make the most of your free time.

Things to do, places to go...
Whether you’re into sport, music, dance or movies - or would like to try something completely different - this section is for you. You’ll find a list of websites connecting you to the latest events, or you can find contacts for youth clubs and other organisations you can join in your area.
